Just a while back i lost a section of the black underbody plastic that shields the engine due to still high water.....long story.....and i was wanting to know was what held them in place? i know there are main screws that connect it to the bumper, but the ones that are on the frame directly under the engine look different, and was wondering if they were plastic clips? if no one knows, a simple pic of underneath the front part of the car would be helpful, just enough to see what went were.

And the other thing is when i got my aftermarket exhaust put on, the company that did it for got to put back on one of the two header/s pipe brackets that mount to the tranny to support the exhaust. In the pic below, i have the left(passanger side) bracket and all bolts, but the driver side is completely missing and the company wont pay for a new one or find the old one. i was wanting to know where i might find one. Thanks for anyones help.
