2: not sure what you mean exactly but read here: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...=hid+dual+beam
You can buy bi-xenon HIDs. Check out one of the Sponsored Sales threads here:

3: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...projector+bulb...scroll down to see Haro's reply about HID harness

5: Yeah...the SEARCH button...please read this thread too: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...hlight=bixenon
Just to let you know, '08 projectors are NOT made for HIDs, they are halogen projectors. So if you want the high-end (BMW, Mercedes) cut-off and function then look into doing a retrofit.

2. No, you would need a 9005 kit for the high beam, unless you do the bi-xenon like mentioned above. They are crazy expensive.
3. No.
4. MobileHID
5. If you don't choose MobileHid (which would be dumb) make sure your kit has a relay and an inline fuse. Any company that tells you otherwise just wants your money. There is a chance you can fry your wiring without those two things.

2) You will need two separate kits for the high and low.
3) It will come with the PNP wires but I recommend that you buy a relay harness.
4) Check out mengmotorsports.com or try ddmtuning.com
5) They are super easy to install and with the stock projectors they will have less glare.
I would personally get the 4300K but if you want some color get the 6000K.
