Default 6000k or 8000k?

I've been searching around and I found out that the size for 08 low beams are H11. I was wondering what's the size for high beams????

Back on topic.. what should I get for my low beams? 6000k or 8000k?

Let's see some 6000k and 8000k pix!

I would stick with the 6k. Just a hint of blue with great light output. I had 8K before. It was ok but after the rain, you can't tell if its on or off.

It depends on the time of day you're looking at them lol. If I have them on in broad daylight they look purple. During dawn/dusk they're diamond white from in front of the car, but if you look at the headlight from the side, you see purple. And when I first turn them on, they're really blue. On the street, the light is diamond white. It makes the OEM 4300K bulbs on our Murano look like halogens.

The bulbs in that pic are by Xentec, but I just ordered a new set from 3bspec.com (operatic) because my driver's side bulb flickers and sometimes goes out. I'll take new pics tomorrow.

I thought 6000k were extreme white with NO blue in them at all..

6000k will look white during the day and blue at night correct?

8k attracts police. 6k will definitely be blue enough in projectors.

8000K -- The right one is closer to what it looks like in real life.

5000K is pure white. 6000K has a hint of blue. To me, mine look like the HIDs on the Navigator or XC90. The only difference is that on the ground, they're diamond white; no yellow at all.

My 6K looks like a light blue in person but is a pure white when shining on the streets.

+1 color should only come from the projector.. not the bulb.. end of story.

In my opinion 6k and 8k is not that different...
I owned 6k before and i wanted to get bluer light and got 8k...
but doesnt seem that different ...

well, depends what you want thoe
If you want to increase your visuality than just buy 4300k, but if u want blue light i will go with 10k or 12k
