Assuming the only damage is just the garnish.

Default Hatch Panel

I had mine snap off a few weeks ago. Trdsparks and a toyota dealer on ebay sells replacement for about 105. They come painted and with button to open the trunk. I didnt justify paying 105 for a peice of cheap plastic. So i noticed my trunk was sticking and the lift gate struts were not opening the trunk easily. So i replaced them off ebay about 50 bucks. And used super glue to put the panel on. The new lift struts are alot more powerful than OEM. I just have to touch the button the hatch flys open unassisted.

That sounds good, but does it look clean? Like can anyone notice a difference? I might give that a shot if it's doesn't affect the look of the car and if it holds up well as you say, because I heard a lot of people have been having problems with that plastic piece.

Thanks for the reply bro.

I've seen them snapped off, but never broken like that... looks like you tried getting towed out of a mud pit, and you attached the hook to your hatch garnish LOL.

Easy matey. Get yourself a badgeless replacement from ebay for a little cheaper.
