Default ABS Dynamics' Front Lip - Holes?

I was hoping some of you could help me out with a few questions I had
about their carbon fiber front lip they have for purchase.

As of right now, I have the OEM ground-effects kit from the factory and
I'm having the urge to replace the front lip it with the ABSD CF one.

I've heard that if you take off the OEM kit from the bumper, supposedly
there will be huge holes/slits in my bumper that the ABSD front lip will not
cover, or something like that.

Is this true?

Does anyone know how large these holes/slits will be?

I have a BSP tC and if the holes aren't that big, I'm sure that they won't
be that noticeable since it's on a black car.

the abs lip wont cover it.. the abs sits low on the bumper, while the oem doesnt.

its not even worth all the trouble your gonna go through just to get a front lip.

keep your oem.

yes you will have holes.. u wont be able to cover it unless you plug the holes or get a new bumper. stay with OEM.. its nicer anyways.

The holes made by the stock lip kit will be visible and the abs lip kit will not cover those holes up. since u have a bsp, then it should be that bad until you look up close.

I can feel your pain man, I once had that oem ground effects that left those ugly holes in my bumper..I had my bumper replaced so I could put my new lip (got a good deal lol). Spent a lil money but no regrets..

If you saw the pics in my old post, those holes are UUgly dont bother taking you oem lip off.

For BSP some electrical tape would work to cover the holes. Only up close would you be able to tell.

The holes or slots are about 1 inch long by about a quarter inch tall, there will be no way to cover them up short of a new bumper cover. Any way you try to rig it it will look like ish.
