Default Adjusting Headlights

Is there a way to adjust the beam from the stock headlights for the TC? I want to raise the cutoff a little higher.

P.S.
I was turning this silver nut in the back of the headlight with my socket, trying to see if that was how to adjust the beam. But it wasn't so can anyone tell me what this nut/gear looking thing is for?

Thankx guys, looking at the trdsparks download, turns out I was moving the correct nut. But the thing is, it wasn't moving. maybe it moves VERY slowly. Going to try again.

Do you have to take off the headlights/bumper to do this? or can you just pop the hood and do it? I installed my hid's a while back and my drivers side shows to the side than the other...

You can do it without removing the bumper. It's just awkward to reach in there.
