I HAVE 20 % TINTED WINDOWS AND I GOT PULLED OVER 3 TIMES AND IM GOING TO REMOVE THE FRONT ONES.. AND LEAVE THE BACK ON.

NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS A METHOD THAT THEY HAVE TO SEE THE % ON THE BACK SINCE TC'S BACK WINDOWS DON'T ROLL DOWN..

There is a sticker or piece of paper that has what all tint looks like with light shining through it. They (the cops) can shine a light through the back side of the window (inside) and hold the piece of paper up to it and try to match the closest picture.

Very old school but still used by military.
However, you don't really need to worry about it because the back ones can be as dark as you want.
