AIT K1 Widebody/ B-Magic Widebody Help
Hey all, so I've searched here as well as some other online forums to no luck. I'm looking for information and pictures if you have them of the AIT K1 widebody kit. I've also heard this same kit called the B-Magic widebody kit. I'm interested in this aggressive kit, but would like to know some more about it before I lay down the $$$.
First off, to anyone who has the kit, whats the fitment like? Any crazy issues on the initial install? And how is it to drive? If you have any pictures I'd love to see them.
Second, I seem to be seeing two versions of this kit's front bumper. I'm not sure if its just because they made two variants, or if the pictures I seem to be finding are all either the plain referrence pictures on the sites that sell the kit, or highly moddified show cars. The part to which I'm referring is the upper grill. On some kits, I see it as unconnected and much like the stock scion bumper is how the badge is on the grill insert. However, on others, its connected or separated where the badge would go. If anyone could shed some light on this I'd greatly appreciate it.
Here's what I mean:
Unconnected
Connected
I'd prefer to get the kit where its not connected in the center as I have some plans for a custom grill and badge, not to mention I'm trying to head the same route as Frank Klepadlo's Purple Passion tC. Except he certainly had the greater funds and not to mention the fact he owns a body shop If you're not familiar with his ride, here's the link. He's the owner of AA Autoworks here in Van Nuys.
Anyways, I appreciate any help, insight, or pictures you guys can share.
Thanks!
