Anzo halo projectors dissected! *UPDATED pg1* (56k warning)
Just a quick update on my project.

Just made my eyelids to fit (takes way way too long!)

I had to cut the original projector support to fit the large Hella projectors.

Picture of the cutoff and light distribution. Much much much better than Anzo's and HID safe!

throw in my tc for good measures

Thanks! the project is actually quite fun, but it takes up A LOT of time. A couple more adjustments and some glueing and hopefully I can get these done by this weekend. I also decided to go with overlays for my eyelid, because the plastic ones I made before were just not smooth enough for my liking.
Here are the list of modification I did to my lights.
H7 hella e55 projectors
clear corners with color match border
tinted turn signal lights
rotated projector halo
soon to come, side markers lit with amber led bulb, Mobil HID 5000k and final product.
Everything should be up and running by friday cause my car is are going in to the body shop today

has a quick question for you guys.. two of my halos died and i want to swap them out...does anyone know the measurements of the halos.. i want to get some from oznium...their only $24 for ccfl halos.. so yeah i would appreciate it anyone could help... im desperate....it look nasty with just two halos..
What do you guys recommend to remove the silicone that comes with the headlights? Reason why I ask is because I baked apart my Anzos only to find out that the alignment is slightly off around the projector and housing when putting them back together.
