so, i just bought some Anzo's from DCFriggalo the other day. only thing is it didnt come with that lil gray box it comes with to plug into the wiring. i was wondering if theres any way around this, or do i need to purchase that lil box thing. DJFriggalo told me he tried plugging them in but he kept blowing a fuse. i dont want that to happen so i wanna see what i can do about this.

what is it called alnyways, is it a ballast or something? where can i get em? or if anyone is selling them, do PM me right away

 

hmm...not sure I know you need the box for it to work.

I don't know of any way to get them to work w/o it.

Does he still have the box? You could try it out and see if the fuse also blows out, might have been a installer mishap.

 

well, he said he's looking for the box thingies. he has no clue where they are. thats why i got these anzos for pretty cheap

 

It's a voltage regulator I think. It's so you won't have "hyper blink" when the car thinks there's a bulb out due to the LEDs having a lower voltage.
