Was wondering has anyone gotten a bad bulb from DDM or am I doing something wrong. Both ballasts work but one bulb doesnt. Anyway to test it? Ok now both arent working any ideas?

 

Are you sure that both ballasts are working? You can plug them in backwards. (our used to be able to) Have you checked your fuses? If you think you have a faulty bulb, contact DDM and they will replace it.

 

we have no idea whats going on with it. One worked and one didnt so we changed ballasts and the bulb still didnt work. Power is going into the ballast but apparently its not coming back out to feed the bulbs.

 

Switch bulbs between ballasts to check if they work.

Really sucks if ballasts are bad. We did switch everything around and nothing worked. One worked onetime and that was it. Waited a week to put them in. Installed them in gfs car and notice a world of difference. So I guess I call them tomm and send it back. Is there a inline fuse that i dont know about?
