yea..for some reason...i cant stop staring at the light...

 

I'm not too big on the purple HID's. HID's are supposed to emit more light not down grade the light output.

 

Yea I notice that they're not as bright as my 12000ks but it's more for the looks I guess I switch between 12000k and my 30,000ks often. But don't get me wrong, the 30,000ks are still a lot brighter than stock halogens haha

 

whoa 12000 and 30000?! dang do cops not care where you're from?! i'd probably get a ticket while installing lights like that...

 

I've been running the 12000ks for over a year now with no problems from the cops.. I'm kinda worried about the 30,000ks though since the light is a pale pink hue

 

Actually anything past like 12k loses light I think. So they would be dimmer.

 

im running on 4300

 

I run 5,000k cause I like the white. 4,300k is the brightest u can get.

 

what about 6000k, I just installed 6000k on my girls tC and it looks tight..didnt see super difference but it does give a nicer look however i rather go against the grain.

 

6,000k should be white with a tint of blue. They should give u a lot of difference compared to stock bulbs. The biggest misconception about hids is that they throw light out farther. They are just brighter and light up the area a lot more compared to stock bulbs. They may throw light a bit farther but no huge difference. But the brightness should be a world of difference.
