your not gonna get bulbs that give the HID look without either throwing alot of glare or are too dim because their too blue.
You can get yourself a set of 9005 Silverstars (high beam size) and do this mod! I did and it worked out well...

if your wanting the HID road lightnig, then this is it. Now its not gonna get you the "blue HID" look but it will give off alot of light on the road and it looks really crisp and bright WHITE! Maybe if you throw in some blue parking lights then it will give you a slight shade?
p.s.- i had Luminics Ultra White and Titanium White and this 9005 mod blew them away!!!

You may want to look into HIR bulbs. I have HID's in the lows and have been wanting the HIR's for the high beams.
or you could just the 9005 conversion as someone mentioned
heres a link I found

HIR's are the brightest bulbs you can buy without frying your harness.
Silverstars are coated in blue/purple and put out reduced (colored) light.
9005 bulbs replacing your 9006 is just asking for trouble.
9005 are 65watt, 9006 are 51-55watts.. Don't put more wattage on your low beam wires.
If you want "silverstars" get the ones made in Germany, they are clear and bright. Osram Silverstars.. but I don't believe they make them in 9006 (HB4) sizes.
American silverstars are crap. Don't waste your money on tinted bulbs.
it was a night and day difference 4 me! i see alot better on the road now with the 9005 silverstars compared to 9006 stockers. i recommend this easy mod to anyone who wants more light output! ill post some pics of my comparison 4rm the 2 later.
