Did anyone else pre-order the Kaeon bumper from tctunerz.com? I did and I was told it was supposed to ship on the 14th of March. Well the 14th has come and gone, and no bumper. Does anyone have an update? I tried calling and submitting a "ticket" on the web site but have not received a response. All I want is an update! If it will take another week fine, I just want to know when I will get my bumper.



p.s. I need a new bumper cause I hit a racoon while going 70mph, and it put a nice hole in mine.

Dude it's only the 15th! I doubt something as large as a bumper is shipped next day (unless that is what you paid for). Just call them again. Besides most of their orders are dropshipped from the distributor of the product not from tCtunerz, your delay is most likely them not tCtunerz.

You hit a raccoon doing 70! Nothing like ramming a critter's head through it's _______. Eh, at least it was quick and painless.

 

i would stay clear from that site. baaaaaaaaaad karma.

 

Good luck with a response it took almost a month to get a response from that ___ clown when I ordered springs and then he failed to tell me they were on back order for 2 months. TCTUNERZ is not a very good company in my opinion because they have crap for customer service.

oh yeah....the bumper they created the first time....didnt even fit. They are definately not good at "tuning" at all....nor the business aspect of "tuning".. maybe i should start my own business, say I have some products, accept money, and then ''''awww, we dont have that one. it is back ordered, awww". "maybe we will have that one" "awww, yeah, produckts. Those are tha tings peeple buy,....awwww" "that particular one is on backorder....we will have it in 12 months" "awww, im sorry, no one is answering the phones right now, but we will get back to you once someone figures out how a phone works."

it was an april fools joke . i talked to duwayne about the bumper and it's not going to be released for "marketing" purposes. i'm sorry guys, i'm actually getting one too but just wait, i'm trying to rush it too
