Hey taek, how's my refund coming along. Order 168. In the neighborhood of $754.

 

Damnn...I ordered a turbo through tctunerz on feb 28. $3550!!!!. Three to four days later, I get an email saying that my order has been shipped, but it never came after one week. So, I called, spoke to a person there once at tctunerz one week after and he said the turbo was to be shipped soon within one week. One week latr, no turbo...I called almost every day and left a message to call me back. NO ONE CALLED BACK. I LEFT MANY EMAILS and dropped many question "tickets" on there website and NO ONE RESPONDED. It's been a freakin month and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I called scionspeed directly and they said they have NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT for my order from tctunerz yet! WHAT THE FREAK?!!!

I know the turbos are delayed, but tctunerz not sending the payment to scionspeed is rediculous. Even scionspeed cannot contact tctunerz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only time I spoke was with ***** at tctunerz 1-2 week after the order was made. He told me that tctunerz are the ones who fabricate the turbo kit, and also ships out the turbo kit, but were waiting for some part from china. After talking to scionspeed, this was not the case!!!????? Scionspeed was the ones who actually make and ship the turbo kits. !!!!!!



ARE THEY RIPPIN ME OFF OR WHAT? I better get an answer soon.

if it would be any better. i just brought this to quicky's attention and he will take care of it.

 

someone's gonna have a lawsuit on their hands soon.. i'm just reading these posts and getting mad.. it's not right to screw people over like that. you'd better expect to be taken to court sooner or later if you don't clean your/tctunerz' act up. oh, and also, it's not very responsible of duwayne to let all of this crap fall on you, taek. he needs to put out some fires as well. it is his "company".

Wow, I've purchased from TCTunerz before (got Randode's) and got great service(except for the fact I got a shipping confirmation a month after I actually received them). I was planning to do some repeat business but now I'm not so sure, especially with a "D" BBB rating

I think I'll take my future business to Creative Compacts, they've still got a great rep and have done quite a bit for the tC community. (Not to mention they're local to me, so that's a major plus.)
