hey i gonna buy a cf hatch soon, probly by the end of the week, does anyone know anything about them, fitment, glass replacment.

the one ill be buying is made my saibon, so its really good quality and i trust the company, was mainly concered about the rear windshield replacement.

 

I bought VIS carbon fiber hatch and it was not bad of a buy. Some for warning of things that you may run into when you are doing the install. From VIS they do not come with pre drilled holes for the inside paneling and you will have to have the people who are doing the install do a custom cutting or something but thats my experience with VIS. Also you may see that the hatch does not allign perfectly with the rest of the body because of the shocks that hold it up. What I did at first was buy new shock with lower PSI so that it does not protrude to much but it did with mine. I ended up just taking off the shocks and use them like a holder like the hood. The hatch isn't heavy at all to open if you are to take it off. And last about the glass i am guessing you are going to transfer it to the cf hatch. I was explained to by the installers that there is a possible chance that it could break during transfer but it didn't happen to me. Costed me about 500 with all materials included for the install.
