Default CF Hatch Question

I had my CF hatch installed tonight (still at A&A, gonna pick it up tomorrow) and I had the pedestal spoiler on my old hatch, so they are way to strong for the CF one. Like if I try to put it down it'll snap the hatch. What shocks do you guys use for this? I know, I've read to just find worn shocks at the junk yard, but I don't have the time. What else would you use?

frank gave me an amazing deal on the install. so i went for it. supposedly my lip kit bubbled because of the weather, but i think they just haven't painted it yet.

where would i be able to get the NRG ones?

look in the sponsored sales, i know Koyo Industries, DRNFLICKER (spelling?) Nurspec and I think wesellcarparts might have them too...

i know frank is a busy guy, so i think patience is a good thing. especially someone that's working on my car...

Wait, so you're putting the pedestal spoiler on the cf hatch? Don't you hate it?

Anyway, this might help you.

which hatch did you get, and are you saying that you got stronger shocks to hold the oem hatch with the ped spoiler? im gettin my VIS CF hatch installed now also and i hope that the factory shocks wont be too much for the hatch. either way i heard NAPA has shocks that work. i just need to get a part number and ill let you know how they work

but the hatch is motorfx or fiberfx, whatever you would prefer. but it's also a custom weave :D

but yeah dave tell me how the napa ones go. i remember seeing them in a post, just have to search
