Default Clear Bra

Hey everyone, I'm new to the Scion family (got my tC less than a week ago) and am worried about my baby. I am commuting to my summer job and if anyone knows roads in Maryland they are always under construction. So to keep rock chips of my new car I was wondering if anyone has or knows anything about clear bras? I heard about them once and didn't know if anyone had experience with them. And I think the black ones are ugly and cover up the tC's beautiful face. Thanks.

Talk to RockBlocker here on the forums... he'll help you out.

Here's a pic of mine installed. There's more pix in the sig link...

Makes you feel a lot better when you're driving on the freeway. Material was Ventureshield, not 3M, installed by transparentbra.com, a local SF Bay Area installer.

^^ same. Looks awsome though, and how much did you put into it? College isn't leaving me a lot of money.

Check out http://www.ventureshield.com/dealers.asp for installers in your area. There's also info on the material itself on the main page, including a comparison article against 3M. Really can't go too wrong either way, IMO.

Here's a link for 3M installers:
http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3...ind_Installer/

And this company Xpel that also uses 3M:
