the chrome/ mirror part is the housing stupid.. you just said you wanted the chrome part blue and in a visual that means the housing is painted blue....if what you meant was that you wanted blue bulbs, thats all you had to say.. couldve saved you all the flaming...

what he means the reflection of a blue bulb made the illusion the reflective housing is blue but it really isn't.
what you want to do to fix that is buy a Honda and wait till you turn 16 to drive it.
blue lights are illegal and you cant see ____ with them. for a good color 5000K is the real limit you can go before they turn blue. get a HID set up. its better then cheap blue bulbs.
