So here's my current engine bay:



I'm considering getting a valve cover powdercoated and getting a spark plug cover. But I'm not sure on the colors. One will probably be black and one will probably be silver.

I've been leaning toward silver valve cover and black spark plug cover. But I have been also thinking that a black valve cover would match my intake well and the silver would tie it to the rest of the car. But the black and black and black (header cover) might be too dark...

What do you think?

 

Black valve cover and silver spark plug cover would look good.

 

I think red/yellow/black combinations would look hawt! Just don't know which part is which color.
And also try and change the color of the tubes and hoses. But be careful not to rice it out. :D

 

Well I'm focusing on the valve cover and maybe a cover for the coil packs/spark plugs right now. I don't know about doing any hoses or anything yet.

It won't really be a show car or anything, but I want it to look good. I just don't know if I want a lot of black or to offset it with some silver.

 

I think neon colors would look sick! all bright green, yellow and pink.
