You dont have to use small mirrors like that. If you set your stock mirrors up correctly there will be zero blind spot. The same works for most vehicles these days. There is no place that a car in the next lane can be that I cant see them using my mirrors. Convex mirrors also throw off your depth perception a bit.

The only thing you are really gaining with these mirrors is the tinting. Not saying you should or should not get them, but just answering the above question.
