A few months back i cracked/broke my bumper when i hit a raccoon.
so i covered it with a lip, well it sags, used bondo worked for a week started saggin again.

Can i use an epoxy or i have heard using a soldiering iron and melting it back together. Idc if its pretty the lip covers it. Hence why i dont wanna spend money on a new bumper.

OP, I don't have an answer for you but how fat was the raccoon? I decapitated a bunny rabbit and it didn't leave a scratch.

 

stitches are the idea of the look, i hit a wiener dog in the DC and trashed an intercooler, thats what i get for running no grill

Fairly big 20lbs or more. Part of the damage is because he got drug 15-20ft. When i drove by the next day going to work(did it the night before), there was blood where it drug it. I despise raccoons now lol.
