Hes right... I dont think you can get a ticket but I do have a 3rd brake light. Its a LED strip right above the L plate. Like you, I wasnt sure about the ticket so I just put that on there.

Hey how did you fill your 3rd bl and antenna in? What did you use? Is it a hard process for someone who's never done it?
