Just something I thought of this morning. For those of us who wish to debadge, has anyone designed and marketed a "Filler Plate" for the area where the rear Scion badge sits?

no they havent, but from what ive seen...that part isnt metal, i think its either abs plastic, or fiberglass

 

Well in that case, a matching-material filler plate, then do everything else other than welding.
