Sounds like at this point the running/parking lights in the tails aren't working? Check the #16 10A fuse under the dash.

What about the parking lights in the side of the headlights, are those out to?

Would think the parking/running lights are all on 1 circuit- front markers, tails, and license plates, not certain though.

If you still have the original tails, put those back in. Often the Anzo's may have a wiring fault inside them, if they are the LED ones, may be a burned out board causing all sorts of havok.

Heck just this week I saw a Corolla with a melted brake light bulb that fused closed once you hit the brakes, and kept the brake lights on until you turned the car off....

ah, I wish I had stock tails. I'm going to the garage now, I'll check all the listed fuses and i'll disconnect the anzo's and see if I can get the license plat lights on with them disconnected. I'll also look at the front parking lights, i'm not sure about them because I had the headlights out and I didn't put all the little parking bulbs back in, just low beam and high beam for now until I figure out this problem. I'll be back on in a bit. Thanks guys.

Fixed, found a cut wire. Hmmm. So weird. It was under the c-pillar behind the rear interior piece. What a pain in the ****.

Glad you found the problem!! Driver's side, did you identify what cut the wire(s)?

Yeah, looks like when the interior pieces were taken off and the C-Pillar bar was put in, that either the wire got cut during the install of the C-Pillar bar or Carbon Hatch, or the wire got pinched in one of the clips from popping the interior pieces back in, but I doubt it. I'm thinking more along the lines of the carbon hatch and c-pillar bar install.
