Pretty cool site, how much are you charging for the badgeless grille? Does that include the chrome trim?

funny.. mines is not ziptied..AND BADSEED DID MINES.. lol he has improved the way they are made just not updated it on here(not worth posting IMO anymore since ppl on here just copycat and cant come up with their own way of doing things on here). but thats not the point.. the point is..copycating and marketing it as your own is a little wack..

If he didn't copyright it, too bad for him.

the fusion hood already has its legal backup

I also think somebody is a little bit jelous because he just cant leave the fact alone about the badgeless grill ;)

P.S the hood is made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or specially made of a real hood with a scoop molded onto it.

i doubt anyone is jelous bro. more so out of disrespect and stealing the idea. the grill design was done wayyyyy before you and theirs proof of that. just shows how shady of a "company" your already starting out to be, stealing others ideas. no one is jelous lol beleive that..copycating is probably the most sincerest form of flattery and envy on your part. but its best that people know the truth. its still pretty weak and pathetic IMO. but hey, that how you wana start business thats fine... in the end it only makes you look worse of a company and stealing always comes back to haunt you in the end.

BTW the pics on your website of the grill are they even yours also? or did you take those aswell.. because they look kinda familiar from this page on the ORIGINAL thread that started the grill back in "06"

leave it as imitation is the greatest form of flattery...

if badseed didnt want other people producing his idea he shouldn't have posted up the DIY. Delta is just capitalizing on this idea by marketing it to the people who don't want to take the time to do it themselves.

Delta can claim the product as their own because they are doing the modification. If badseed really wants to defend his idea then he can go and create his own site advertising the fact he is the originator of the design, otherwise just deal with the fact that this is business and unless you patent your idea there is a good chance it will become someone else's profit.
