I just know so little about how to get something that has good fitment and is not going to need 100 hours prep time before I can put it on. I really don't even know where to start.

The cheapest kits to install are gonna be the lip kits.

The easiest full body kit to install is the kaminari urethane

The next easiest installs would be the higher quality fiberglass like the flex fiber applications as well as the kaminari fiberglass

The difficult installs would be the widebody kits because of modifying the stock fender wells

The duraflex kits like the drifter 2 fit well but the sideskirts need some work. The bumpers install fairly easy.

Also install prices will vary from shop to shop. Go to a shop that does custom work and body kits. They will be better equipped for a job like this and not quote it by hours like a collision shop will. Custom shops know what they are getting into and can make any adjustments if necessary whereas collision shops don;t typically like the custom jobs and fiberglass work.

If you are in the Western Maryland Area I can give you a quote for any body kit installed.

Thanks

Sorry Custom. I'm in Colorado.
I was looking at the Vizage front bumper in Urethane. Maybe the side too. But dont really like the rear.

The vizage parts are easy to install in just a few mins with hand tools. Not a professional install type of job.

That is great to hear!!! Does it use the same braces as stock (along the bottom)?

Ah the xB is a full bumper from vizage so it will be more difficult. I thought you were referring to the upcoming release of the vizages tc lip kit

On a full bumper install support brackets should be made. We have sold a few of the xB vizages kits though and the customers gave great feedback on the parts.

Thanks man we work super hard here and are always working on our websites.

On the clearance for the xB Vizage kit I would ask around in the xB aero section as there are alot of them out there. I'm sure there are some owners here that have the kit that could better tell you what the clearance is like.

Yeah, I've been asking. I guess I'll keep asking. Most of them don't remember. I've heard 2 inchs.

krazykustomz, do you guarantee fitment? I really want this bc2 kit but just read about too many nightmare stories and the unbelievable cost to get it fitted right.

Are you trying to post as many replies as you can in a short time? Why do you keep giving short answers and before all said "looks good". What's up? Let me guess "looks good" or "nothing much" or "i do not know".

We do not guarentee 100% fitment on anything other than urethane products. However we have shipped alot of these buddy club 2 kits in flex fiber now and have not had a complaint yet.

This kit compared to a standard fiberglass kit though is night and day. A good body shop that is experienced with body kits and not just a collision repair shop will have no problems installing this kit.
