Does anyone make paint matched taillight overlays?
I am interested in silver color overlays to cover up the upper turnsignal portion of my taillights. I have seen the tinted ones that Bluebat sells but I would like to install some that actually would match the paint SSM of the car. Does any one actually sell them?
If nobody makes them, you can go to a sign/banner shop and buy some vinyl that will match your car and make them yourself. It will be more work, but it will probably be a little cheaper..and you can make sure it matches the way you want.

Good luck
If some made a taillight that had the the upper turnsignal portion paintable or prepainted to match the color of the car, and also relocated the turnsignal lens somewhere else inside the taillight assembly I would be totally stoked. The stock taillight is just to big. Now if CC comes out with those covers how do they suggest relocating the turnsignal. I was thinking of changing the backup light lens to accept an turnsignal bulb and socket. But once I do that I have no back up light. To fix that I was thinking of drilling a hole into the backup light lens to accept another socket using probably a 194 clear led bulb. It's small and wouldn't be very noticeable but I doubt the light output would be very bright. At least it would be technically legal. My third idea was to possibly install a led turnsingal into the far coreners of our trunk brake light lens. Since only a portion of that clear lens lights up red ,the sides could easily be made to work as a turn signal. Only thing is I don't know how hoaky that might look. Any other suggestions.
CC if you come out with those covers may you could supply us with a special led light that would half light up amber and half light up clear so that the back up lens could work both turnsignal and backup functions. That would end up being way cheaper than completely new taillight assemblies. Just food for thought.
How easy it it to install these overlays. I installed the clear rock guards on my headlights. That was fairly easy since the stuff is very pliable and stretchy. Are these vinyl overlays made of a similar material or are they more like the tint which is hard to lay over curved surfaces.

. BTW, I designed the kit so the lower part of the turn signal can still be seen
