Default Erratic rpms Bounce w/HIDs on

in boosted with the aem fic, i have HID's with a relay,Relay harness is connected to the battery to power on the ballast instead of stock wires, and one of the power relay, power plugs i have connected to the oem head light power connector to activate the lights....they turn on fun, however, dropping down to neutral from any gear,i get very bouncy rpms drop,500 t0 1500 etc,esp if i have the wheel turned is a lil worse....almost like the power steering is affecting it.....could this be a weak batt or alternator,it never did this while stock, but that was yrs ago, could it be possible the fic is affecting it,like voltage wise and needs to be tuned in,idk just guessing,im gonna put in the stock bulbs and see what happens,i could have electrical issue, but seeing if you gies have any input

edit: because i'm a mod and i'm bored i'm going to rewrite this for you:

Hi guys, i have a boosted tC with AEM FIC management system. I have HIDs with a relay and the relay harness is connected to the battery to power the ballast instead of the stock wires. I plugged the connector into the OEM connector to acivate the lights, they turn on but whenever i drop into neutral from any gear my RPMs bounce and drop from 500 to 1500 especially if i have the wheel turned, it seems to be affected by power steering, could it be a weak battery or alternator? It never did this when it was stock but that was years ago.

Could it be the FIC? Maybe the FIC is affecting the voltage. I'm going to put the stock bulbs in and see what happens. I could have an electrical issue but i'm curious about your opinions.

take the HIDs off and try it.

if it works then your alternator might be on its last legs or the battery might be dying.

if it doesn't check your map. it could be the FIC not compensating for the BOV.
