Default Experience with HKS filter or similar?

I have seen tons of talk about CAI and SRI but nothing about the filters. Does anyone have any info on the HKS style filter and what it might do when used with a CAI or SRI? Anyone withe some Dyno type proof? I am curious.
Their site:http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=813&rsku=4093
They claim horse power gains of 8-10 hp. Well they might not but the one on ebay does. I wonder if that is in addition to the CAI's or SRI's improvements. If so that would be crazy 5-12 hp for the CAI or SRI plus another 8-10 hp for the filter. Hmm, doesn't seem plausable but hey, one can hope! So anyway, who has some experience with this product?

Yeah they are mushroom headed and are foam. The basically have some honeycomb design and it is supposed to make the air travel more uniformly to the manifold. I was worried about the filter quality. I guess it looks alright though.
