Default Fixing an overlay?

So I put on some overlays for the first time this weekend and I
kind of messed up or it came messed up.

I put on the driverside front overlays just fine with a few bubbles here
and there. Did pretty well for my first time applying any overlay.

The second one, I ran into a problem.

For some reason, there are a bunch of fold thingies that just kill it.
It's hard to describe... it's not a bubble but looks like a crease/fold. I tried to push
it down and smooth it out, but it just stays put and looks like it was folded.

Is there anyway I could fix this?

My friend said use a hairdryer and push it down but I'm not sure if it'll work.

Any suggestions?
