It wouldn't look tooo ugly, now would it?

A lot of people, including me, seem to be going for a "blacked out" theme when it comes to the grills, which looks like absolutely nothing from far far away. So i thought, "why not?" Why not just take out the grills? Do grills in general really even serve any purpose beyond cosmetics? The openings on most grills are too big to block bugs...

do it and see for yourself, it takes less than a minute to take the grills out (literary)

ghetto to the max yo!

it can look alright if you paint everything behind it i guess, but meh, not really worth it.
also with no grill anyone can take 2 seconds and pop your hood, i realize if they really wanted to they could just punch the grill in anyways but still...

 

No grilles reminds me of how bondo'd Hondas look; not finished.

It truly looks better with ANY grille....
The Fig grilles are a good, cheap way to go.

 

i like fig grills except for one reason, they stick out, i wish they were more sunk in

Jon. Do a badgless grill mod and zip tie it to the bumper. if you do it right, it'll look flawless
