ah i see it is blurry!

but honestly it seemed pretty easy to me to tell whats going on there,
line the small tabs up to the tabs on the grill
you pinch the clip onto the frame of the hole
put the screw through the grill tab and small tab and tighten.
it pinches it pretty securely i have had no problems.

sorry no i can't snap a pic, ATM...

those clips came with my grill.

and for the bottom clip you actually have to drill a hole and push the clip in all the way.

but if yours is like mine theres a bracket of sime sort in the way, you either have to cut it off
or switch it with one of the clips from the bottom grill (which is what I did)

can you post a picture of the bottom screw? I actually drilled a hole already, my fingers are just not strong enough to screw it all in (limited space doesn't allow me to use tools)...

oh you didn't take the bumper off. I recomend that you should but what ever.

best i could do with the bottom screw.

I switched the clip with one of the clips that comes with the bottom grill so it would screw.
you could also use a locking nut i guess.
