grrr is there anything that can be done here.....?

hey i have carbon fiber pillers on my car....and i just bought the window visors, and i cant put them on because the carbon fiber pillers

is there anything that can be done or any way to make them work lol, also does anyone have pictures of it done with both the pillers and the visors?
