Ok boys and girls -here is what the 8k's look like on the tC. These are shown along side the stock bulbs, for a point of reference, and also cause one of the HID bubls was DOA. Uneek is already sending me a new one in the mail, so not to worry.

As you can see the passenger side is a hell of a lot clearer than the stock

The glare here is really the camera I was using, its only 3.1 megapixel so its really not half as bad in person.

And here the 8k still looks clear with a hint of blue, my buddy with the tiburon got the 6k from Uneek and is actually thinking of exchanging his for the 8k since the 6k's are super white.

I also have a relay for these things, I'll install it once I get the second bulb back, and I'll try to write up a DIY.

Well I have heard that after having them on so many hours, the color will start to turn, but I have only heard opinions on that.......I actually hope mine turn a little more blue. Uneek said my other light should ship out on monday and I should have it tuesday, once I get them back in I'll get some more pictures up here.....

Back again with some more pics. I got the new bulb in Tuesday, as Uneek was cool enough to overnight me a new one.

Ok so I'm pretty happy with the lights- I went with the 8k's and I haven't been flashed yet

Again I don't have the best camera

I was hoping for a little more blue, but these will certainly do

Here is a shot from the drivers seat

And another shot with the highs on- I just put in sliverstar ULTRA's just today -what makes them ultra you ask? I'm not sure

This is a shot on a main backroad, as opposed to my driveway

Again, overall I'm happy with the lights, there is a little bit of glare, but living here in new england where almost everyone drives a SUV/pick-up truck, I could care less about my lights flooding in the their back windows. Since I get it every night.

Having them in since Tuesday I notice that once the lights come on, they might flicker, ever so slightly, just once or twice, within the first minute of having them on. I read the directions for the kit again, and on the last page it says "When you first start up the vehicle, please do not turn on the HID system on immediately. Doing so may decrease the life of the HID system." I'm not sure how long you're meant to wait. I try to count to 20 and then say fck-it.

I feel that the light it produces is 10x clearer than stocks, but I still have to rely on my highs when on backroads just cause the lights dont go any further than stock. So I can see very clear to a point, but I couldn't do my roads safely without the highs.

Uneek, has been a great guy to deal with. I have always managed to get a hold of him quickly if I had a question, and he's always emailed me back in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend this kit.

Hopefully this weekend I'll get around to installing the relay, but I can already tell its going to be a pain in the ___......

what if you like to leave your lights on? since they turn off automatically as soon as we open our doors. would that be bad for hids when starting your car up again?
