If done properly and not rushing, 2-3 hours and i used Rustoleum High Temp Silver.

It's not that bad of a job for the average moder!

Search around for an HID Retrofit. There will be a nice project for you. Get some Halos, TSX Projectors, shrouds, ballasts, maybe some LEDs and your good to go.

I painted the chrome part of the eyebrow black and did some tinting and blacking out on the side markers.

^^^ a Retrofit... or HID Projector Retrofit is just the task of opening up your headlights and force fitting some HID Projectors into the Headlights. Probably the most popular projectors in the market right now is from the Acura TSX. You can just check out my link on my signature. There is also some other people working on it also like Yanki01

Right. Retrofitting is basically just modifying something with something else that doesnt naturally go there. When you retrofit your headlights your replacing your old reflector system with projectors. Im not talking about some cheap kit you find all over the place, I mean a real system that they use in cars you see on the road, such as the Acura TSX.

The difficulty varies by your ability really. If you have experience working with things and modifying and are comfortable doing it, you wont have a problem. If your a nooby and dont really know what your doin, you might wanna seek some help. You will have to cut the back out of your reflector housing as well as create something to attach the projector to. So there is some cutting and fabrication involved.

This method also probably costs the most and takes up the most amount of time but your results are the best. I suggest you buy a second pair of headlights to do the retrofit on. Unless you've done over 100 retro's, its best to get a second pair and take your time.

When you do the retrofit your possibilities are pretty much endless. You have so many options. You can add angel eyes, clear corners, paint the housing, tint/smoke the assembly glass, LED's, creative shrouds/bezels, paint or smoke the reflectors. Options are endless really.
