FYI, always check fuses 1st and get yourself a DMM and meter wires coming out of that harness/connector, if you don't have 12v then its probably a fuse.
Always check for the cheapest solution first, fuse ($0.29), relay/relay harness($15), stealership solution ($150), main wiring harness....$1500
yea the dealer wanted 150 just to look at it
went to a mom and pop shop and he printed up the wiring diagram, walked outside and pulled the fuse
ran to autozone and popped in a new one...ive done all my mods myself but this really ____es me off

You admitted yourself you don't know much about electrical stuff but you just learned the most valuable thing when dealing with electronics.
Fuses are there to interrupt the power to a circuit when the flow of current exceeds safe levels.
What that means bro is please switch to an HID lighting system or put back in your stock bulbs. You are running the risk of really needing that main harness. Hopefully you put in a fuse with the same amperage as the one you pulled out. That is only a temporary fix until those bulbs draw too much current again.

Perhaps you don't want HIDs but the bulbs last much longer and you don't have to get some obnoxious color, ou can get as close to pure white with a tint of blue. For the time and effort you spent troubleshooting this one problem a $100 HID kit would have solved it and you wouldn't have even known but that fuse would have still needed to be replaced first

along with just popping the fuse panel box cover and seeing that yeah.. each individual headlight bulb does have its own fuse
and whoever told you it couldn't be a fuse needs to be shot.. that's the VERY FIRST THING you check.
