ummm i finally found someone wit the same problem just that its not constant flickering like urs and it only happens when its cold out. I have the GT HID kit, and when i turn it on, 5-10 afterwards ill get one single flicker first in one headlight then the other, maybe for a split second and thats it, its fine for the rest of the day. I def think its weird, i had McCulloch before and no problems wit that!!

NYTCgunz, a lot of newer HIDs have this "problem". It's more of the design then anything. They It's actually a relay in the ballast switching. Jan Michael, can you switch the left and right bulbs? If the problem carries over, it's the bulb, if not, it's the ballast. If it goes away, it's the person who installed it (YOU?).

My mc cullochs never did that when I had them. Even when it was cold it they fired up just fine. I think it maybe your ballast is about to go.

Mine have been doing that since i got them so i def dont think its a ballast issue. I consider it "normal". As long as i have HID's and my bulbs aint blown im happy!!!

Are all of these the Uneek kits ? I ruled him out and am looking at 2 others on here and Oznium . My thoughts have always been the ignitor IN the ballast is best . I might be mistaken but , from what I have read and seen outside of this forum , that is the general consensus . Now I do not know if I want them or not . Yikes

It happened the first time I installed it. Went on for a couple of days. But now, I don't notice it anymore. I just thought it was like an initial warm up stage. I bought mine from another vendor.

You should get a refund for that. Not a replacement, but a full refund...

Yeah, couple of days after I install it. I just thought it was a bulb check. The left blinks then the right blinks. All happens 10-15 minutes after I turn the HIDs on. It happens in a split second. I don't see it anymore (or I'm just not paying attention to it). You should return yours or get a refund if you're not satisfied.
