thats 12k? doesn't look like 12k they supposed to be purple but on pictures they look blue to me, congrats anyways.

not gonna lie i was thinking the same thing when i bought them lol, i got them from 3bspecialties.com, great service but the color isnt what i was expecting reagardless the hids turned out pretty nice in the 08 projectors

 

good luck seeing at night, and getting past the cops. aswell feel sorry for oncomming drivers. You lost mad intensity on output right there.

 

The cut off shows that it's not insanely high, and the projectors create less glare than the 05-07 crappy reflectors. And the cops? The coloring is not far from an Audi.

Yeah, on the first pic I can see it, but some of the other ones look much more purple .

 

the problem is, his car isn't an Audi. no royal treatment there for the tc from the cops.

 

12k vs 4300k BIG difference. Seen it first hand and its a total shocker on what performance vs style is. going with HID's, id pick performance > style any day if only you knew what i mean. Obvious on the wall shot. It may not look bad when your 5-7ft from the wall, it only gets bigger as you get farther.

all have OEM 4300k. No pun intended to the TS, just veiwing my point. Yes their better than reflectors ofcourse but still doesnt make them right for ALL projectors.

seriously lol why does every1 try and bash other ppl on forums?, i posted mine up there as a reference ( and to show them off ) im not saying my car is and audi or bmw or watever maybe be, the cutoff isnt bothering anyone cuz even at a distance the lights are below the other cars rear view mirrors, and as far as cops, i dun think ima get my ***** busted up here in rhode island ( tho the tint could be a whole nother story ) lol all im saying is lets keep the peace, maybe see some more HID users post some pics and get this turned into a nice post

They will get more purple as they break in. I bought some 12k's and they looked like 6k's for the first day I had them. The next day though they were bright purple. A bit too purple for my taste honestly so I took them out and out them in my sister's AP tC.
