after 14 hours of working on the dam hood latch, it's finally in, so no hood pins...however like what krider said "Go with Sparco, Just remember hood pins are like Health Insurance. You put them on and pray that you dont ever have to use them."

it isnt sucha bad idea.

try adjusting the rubber that the hood sits on before drilling that carbonfiber hood..

when i put on my c/f hood, i had to really push down on it to close. even when i slammed

it down tha latch wouldn't grab tha hook on tha hood. i had to put alot of weight on it for

for it to close. but now it's all good...... just turn it clockwise and it will lower it...

turn it counter clockwise it will raise ur hood

i'm still gonna advise you to get pins even though it latches now.
