so i recently put in oznium's angel eyes in my headlights and sealed them with clear silicone sealant (already cured). I was interested in reopening my headlights and putting in projectors, so anyone know of a way to remove cured silicone sealant off headlights without damaging the headlights?

will u get condensation in the headlamp after you break the seal?

 

not if you reseal them well....,

 

If you really think about it, opening them up is just like taking the light bulbs out...As long as it's re-sealed properly, you shouldn't have a problem.

 

Just rebake them and the silicone will melt along with the original stuff.

Now its gonna be harder to separate then the first time cause that silicone doesnt wanna let go but eventually it will come off.
