Default how fix exhaust rattle?

I just put a new exhaust on my car and its rattling when the car is idle. It sounds like its comming from around the drivers seat. Does anybody know if maybe a problematic spot I should check out first? Im planning on putting the car on stands this weekend to look it over but wanted to know if anybody already went through the same issue and how they resolved it. thanks

All i can think of is the shield which protects the catalytic converter. Other than that, i'm not sure wat that rattle can be. I hear a sound on my tC from the tailpipe of the muffler. It makes a "pur" sound that you can hear when you stand outside behind the car. I'm not sure if that's natural or not.

turned out that the sound is comming from the heat shield a few feet from the end of the exhaust. it needed to be hammered up 1/4 inch and now its fine.
