Default I hate Concrete Blocks that fall of trucks... :(

So here's the story...

I was out riding my fourwheeler late friday night and when it was time to come back, I had to take my g/f home. We get in the car, head to her house, all fine and dandy... But when I drop her off, I head back home. Apparently, from the time we went by to take her home and the time I left her house, someone had dropped what appeared to be a concrete block on the road, which had shattered into pieces, leaving behind small landsharks awaiting their prey... I was driving at about 50 mph or so and my headlights got to the disaster area and I tried to avoid the aftermath of the concrete, but it was to wide spread... It was all over the place in my lane. I swerved to try and miss the dropzone but by the time I had to react, it wasn't soon enough. My wheel clipped a corner (I suppose) of a chunk of concrete and slung it into my door. I thought I had gotten Ambushed by charlie all over the place... I thought I heard a gunshot because the sound of impact was so loud. I immediately knew where it hit, but I was PRAYING that it just hit the undercarriage and not the door, where I knew it hit.

so yeah... Off to the body shop where she shall go to get a makeover and a doorjob... /
So yeah... There's my mishap.

that sucks, but not as bad as my imagination. I was expecting to see the brick in your front seat or in your engine bay. too bad it didn't hit something else that u could use as an excuse to get aftermarket parts.

Yeah. I can like, lay my finger down inside it, like, parallel with it, and half my finger is in the actual dent, so it's a good quarter inch deep I would think... I mean, it hit it HARD... and yeah... I wish people would CLOSE THEIR FRIGGIN TAILGATES...

Nope. I think what did it was the fact I was turning when I hit it to try and avoid it... It's like taking your car and all the sudden jerking it to the left, you know that lean it does and it could throw something up if it hit it just right? I can go take a pic of the scuff it made on the wheel too

Agree'd... But dude, if your tired, pull over then lay on a matress!!! LoL! jk!

but What color would look good with a Nautical Blue? I am thinking about possible Flint Mica, that way I can go Carbon Fiber (hood, hatch) later down the road, but thats still just some thoughts...
