Well, I will tell you what most people are going to reply with... search the forums.. this topic comes up quite often.

But then, since I am not mean... I will also tell you that you need to roll the passenger side window down, then put it back up and hold the button up for several seconds. After that it should be reset. It happens every time you disconnect the battery. It is in our owners manual for the car.

You need to reset them. You will have to open them several times from their own toggle. Once you get the passenger side to "auto-down" from the passenger side toggle, you will be able to "auto-up/down" from the driver side. This will also need to be done for the sunroof. I've had to do this every time I've disconnected my battery. Good luck.

You may also want to check the sun roof...I've had to reset my sunroof after disconnecting my battery.

To reset the sunroof just turn the car on, hold the sunroof button towards off or a few seconds. You'll hear a noice and your sunroof should be working.

same thing happened when i installed my Injen CAI and it just started working again 2 days later without resetting it. If worse comes to worse, it could have been taken to the dealer to get fixed...they can't prove that your foglights caused your windows not to work.
