My Sonya (xDevious) had to wait 5 weeks, and then got a refund, and is now on her second one cause the colors didnt match.

UPSP FTL, took my first set 2 weeks to come, and now im waiting for the right color.

 

too bad i paid them on may 14th, i live in san jose. i left an email asking about a tracking number 2 days ago.......i got an email saying someone would contact me within 24 hours....still nothing....

 

seems as if alot of people are having problems with this.....on different forums too.....
not sure what the deal is, but a email back would be nice since i used pay pal to complete the transaction......
next thing im going to do is go through pay pal if i dont see or hear anything next week!

 

Like I said before jumping to conclusions.... I post last names on this thread of orders that go out. If you checked like I always state then we couldve avoided this.

Melissa Poppe, your order went out on the 16th, I gave you a tracking number already.

Ivan Velarde I already sent your order out also which went out on the 16th as well.

Scion Dave - Your order also went out on the 16th and I have sent you tracking on that also. If not then PM me and I can send it to you.

If you guys want me to post your tracking numbers on the forums publically I will so everybody can check to see that this is not a shady business as some people think. I get a name by some because many jump to conclusions. Everybody shoots then asks questions where it should be the other way around.

 

I might start offering 2 day express mail on these :-\

we have talked on pm and youve handled everything professionaly, which i truely appreciate. i was simply stating how USPS F354#$% sucks...that all. im not throwing you under the bus in no way what so ever. no need to get hostile and say what you said. if you took my last post the wrong way, i apologize.

 

No no no I wasn't pushing this towards you. I know you and I have settled everything respectfully through private messaging. So have I and scion dave and ms poppe. I'm just putting it out there because everybody has been seeing the problems you guys have been going through and i just wanted to show that they all have been sent out.

Anybody asking for tracking numbers I'll get back to you guys tomorrow night or Tuesday morning (tomorrow is a holiday) and I'll be spending the holiday getting a few prototypes ready for new products and organizing papers files and orders.

I wanted to leave an update about key hole plugs

I'm making a new mold that will produce key hole plugs faster and better quality so many orders that aren't in stock will have a delay that will end around the beginning of June (Thats about 10 days estimated from this posts date)

I apologize for anybody who plans on making orders and to those of you who will wait a few more days. Many orders already placed before today (sunday 25th) will be gong out since I still have stock of many colors, especially the reds and FM / BSP. Low on SW and blues.

If you want to know if yours will be going out early this week or after the new version of key hole plugs are made let me know. Also let me know if you would rather the new version of the key hole plug then the older version because they will be (even though they are already a pretty close to perfect fit) a little more fitted and smoother.

Please shoot me a PM and I will try to respond as fast as I can.
