As I was driving to do the walk-around for my brand new home, the worst happened. What appeared to be a piece of cardboard was nothing else but a bent sheet of metal, about 48 in W x 24 in L. I don't know why I didn't try to avoid it , it looked to be so small.
I need some opinions guys, should I stick with the JP and new oem bumper, get a bumper body kit piece or other lip and new oem bumper that might match up with the rest of the JP set. Keep in mind that I'm looking for oem or almost oem fitment. I'll keep an eye on the other lip kit threads and all, I'm just looking for some opinions.

thanks guys, I was soo thinking that this would be it for me. I'll look around and see if I can find one. It is such a bad timing too, I'm supposed to be doing the closing for the new home next week. At least the wifey was with me when it happened and I always tell her that we should use her car to do things like this cuz my car is no stock no more. She feels guilty now and wants to help me.
get rid of the crap. just goes to show you that those fiber glass lips are a waste of money. sell what u can and go oem. less issues going that route and if it brakes again then what...

just so u know pete this is not fiberglass, it is that super polyurethane stuff that's stronger than the actual bumper. This is not the first time I get hit by something, about two months ago I got hit by a flying sunroof from a jeep cherokee. My bumper broke and the lip was intact, even though it took the biggest hit. Soo there u go.
nah, i know you went through a big deal getting the lip kit to fit, but i had the jp kit and hated it, so i'm glad you got it to fit. but in my honest opinion i think you should sell the jp and get the whole 5 axis lip kit and new bumper...

I'll think about it, it's just that I had planned the clutch, flywheel and LSD install and take it to get tuned. I only have the clutch, still have a long way to go.

this is the only place I've seen the lip alone, any other choices out there?
