just ordered Luminics Highs
alright so I ordered a set of Luminics 9005 Ultra Violet bulbs for my tC earlier tonight, and I just came across a handfull of threads talking about fried harnesses and what not... eek.
Some have said this is just due to Luminics having bad connectors and conductive grease would prevent any problems. Do you guys think that the grease would be enough, or should I order this heavy duty harness adapter to be safe?:

any input would be great :-)

2 things,
1. worst bulb manufacture ever. they fried my harnesses in less then a month.
and
2. that harness is CRAP you can literally get the same thing at autozone for less then 5 bucks.
use stock bulbs or hids

Yeah I wasnt expecting much visibility with UV tinted lights, but its just for the highbeams. I just think highs with a purple tint would look good next to my HID lows which have a blue tint

well damn it lol
I already ordered em so I guess I might as well give em a shot...
if they fry my harnesses I can really take my sweet time getting it fixed since its just my brights
I knew I should have waited for the local shop to restock the purple HALO bulbs in 9005, impatience might have gotten the best of me once again...

I didn't think lightbulbs could do so much damage
and again I do not want HID highs, I dont use highs that much so buying HIDs for them would not be a wise use of money. Highs sometimes are used to flash at other drivers, this sort of rapid on off use of the lights would damage the ballasts. Sometimes my highs arent on long enough for an HID bulb to warm up, this is bad for the bulbs.
