save your money and lower the vehicle (i.e. springs/coilovers). I also agree, neon isn't the way to go. If you want to do some F&F, if your going to bake open the headlights and do halo's, then do a HID projector retrofit as well. At least you are actually gaining something more than just asthetics. Instead of adding neon's, go for a full TBL, led's in the sidemarkers, etc. Something subtle, still appears stock, but is not to those who know the tC.

This is getting harder and harder to do, but it's definitely probable. If you are willing to put in the time and money, you too can have a unique ride, in a good way. But from the way this thread has gone and the way this kid acts, he will definitely not be doing anything unique and good.
