Led Bulbs Help
I was wondering where can i get led bulbs for my parking light, front turn signals, reverse light, and back turn signals? i know about superbrightleds but thats about it. Can anyone give me any other good site to buy it from?
you might want to becareful because there have been a lot of people who have replaced bulbs in their headlight and taillight fixtures only to have them go out after a little while do to excess heat. Just a word of caution.

Two words of caution though: hyper blink. :p

Hyperblink is an issue though. I forget what you have to do to fix that, but you can do a search on here to find a remedy or two.
You will have hyper blink if you don't install resistors in your front and rear turn signals. You don't want to look like the "primer=the new gray-fart sounding-tricked out-Honda" do you?
Here's a breakdown my LEDs/lights...
1. Parking lights= Varad Pro LED 194 (Lots of colors to choose from.)
2. Front Turn Signals= PIAA 7440 Mirror Orange (Gives the Headlights a 'clean' look.)
3. Reverse Lights = 921-x12 LED Wedge Base Bulbs (I needed something brighter because I painted my TYCs red. 12 LEDs are bright.)
4. Rear Turn Signals= Stock. (Unless you want to install resisitors with your LEDs.)
5. Side Marker and Rear License Plate Lights= jlevistreetwerks.com (I have Amber in the Side Markers and White for the Rear License Plate Lights. $10 for 2 bulbs. Good deal and they are bright!)

I havnt had any experience with that particular one tho'.
Double check your installation maybe?
no one has any anything brighter than autoillumination the link posted above.. number of led's dosent mean crap.. its the type of led.. read there descriptions, some are meant for constant on w/ heatsinks built in, then there are some for part time use.. like blinkers and backups as they will get hot and kill themselves.. but you could have them blink forever and be fine.. its the constant on that gets ya.. and generaly w/ that site, you want the more expenseive ones.. the front for sure you want at least 3W of output.. a/ side firing led's as well..

if i just wanted to change the reverse lights, I wouldnt need the flasher correct?
Has anyone changed the reverse lights to leds and had any problems?
I believe someone said that the matrix leds would be best for the reverse lights because the housing is reflective, but rhino74 said he got a short?

i m gonna hack up my own reverse LED light with 9 or so of those white 10mm LED with 140,000MCD. i'll put a resistor every 3 LED and run a 12dcV VR to protect it from voltage spike during start up. what do you guys think?
