Default LED replacement bulbs for exterior lights

Can any one tell me which LEDs will work better for reverse lights? I am buying my bulbs from superbrightleds.com. the two bulbs that i am looking at for the reverse lights are:

1. 921-x12 Wedge Base LED bulb Wide light
2. 921-x9 Wedge Base LED bulb Narrow light

I am thinkning that the first one might not be as bright because in the Wide light LEDs some of the LEDs are aimed around the circumference of the light, to give it its wide coverage while sacrificing the brightness in one direction.

For LED replacements of the Side marker lights in the front which of the following LEDs would work best?

1. WLED-A Amber LED bulb Wide Inverted Cone Tip
2. WLED_A Amber LED bulb Wide Narrow round Tip
3. WLED-WHP Pure White High Power

the marker light has a yellow cover, so i dont think it would make much of a difference wheather or not the light is Amber or not, but i want to know which one looks nicer.

And also has anyone used any LEDs for the their parking lights?
I was thinking of using, the WLED-WHP Pure White High Power.

Any feed back would be great!

Thanks

i would go with the narrow 921 reverse lights.

as for leds for parking lights, they are prone to failing because of the head that our headlights give off.

none.

the reflector housing was designed specifically for halogen bulbs. by replacing it with a LED "replacement bulb".. the output of the light will most likely be dimmer and or/be spotlightish with a small area of brightness aimed in one direction.. (still not a good thing.)
pretty much all LEDs will provide you is looks.

LED's in parking lights are nice, but make sure they are able to withstand the heat generated in the headlight housing. superbrightleds, are not made for those and give a specific warning on their site not to use them as such.

the only thing i would use LED exterior wise is our license plate lights and parking lights (if you find the right ones)

the sidemarkers.. i would say would be ok as well.

The LEDs called WLED-WHP Pure White High Power, are rated for healight use, on the superbrightleds website. Most of the other LEDs state not to use in the head lamp fixture.

Does anyone have any pics they can post up with the 921 x12 LED for reverse lights,,,, i've read other posts and seen pics of the 921 x9 LED lights, and there have been some complaints that these lights are not bright enough!

Woops let me correct myself on the WLED-WHP Pure White High Power lights i mentioned above. These LEDs on the website are one of the few that do not have a warning about placing them in the headlamp fixture. So i am assuming this means that they can withstand the heat.

Unless they just forgot to list it for those too. I wouldn't get them unless they're specified as being able to withstand the heat.
